Privacy Policy

69FS operates 69FS Games and collects only the information needed to operate accounts, save games, provide support, and protect the service.

Information we store

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, preferred language, password hash, account status, essential session information, game progress, settings, history, and statistics. If you add a passkey, we store its public credential, device label, and security counter; we never receive your fingerprint or facial data. Contact messages are stored with the name, email, subject, and message you provide. Security logs may retain a one-way hash derived from your IP address.

Guest play

Guest puzzle progress, language, and preferences are stored in your browser. They are not attached to an account or synchronized to our server.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, save game progress, send verification and password-reset messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Account processing is necessary to provide the service you request; security and maintenance processing supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. We do not sell personal information. The current service does not use behavioral advertising or third-party analytics.

Cookies and local storage

Signed-in accounts use essential secure cookies that can keep the same device signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out removes the remembered-login cookie. The language choice uses a preference cookie. Guest games and preferences use browser local storage. These technologies are necessary for the features you request.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

Account information is retained while the account is active and as needed for security and operational records. Verification and reset links expire automatically. Backups are retained for a limited operational period. You can delete your account from My Account; deletion removes your identifying name and email from the active account.

You may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or erase personal information where applicable. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send a request using the contact form.

Service providers and security

The website and database are hosted by our web-hosting provider. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect registration and contact forms from automated abuse. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
